FIRE PROTECTION

Fire resistance means the ability of building components and systems to perform their intended fire separating and/or loadbearing functions under fire exposure. Wall and ceiling materials play an important role that hold back fire and prevent it from moving from one room to another for a stated period of time.

Mineral fiber ceilings provide good fire protection in buildings due to the unique behaviour of their mineral wool content when exposed to fire. ZEDA mineral fiber ceiling tiles has passed strict tests operated by Chinese authorizative organizations and meets National security and fire resistance of building materials. And also comply with Internationally recognized standards such as ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) and have been classified CLASS A in accordance with ASTM E-84 and ASTM E-119 standards. In addition, we have also successfully tested our ceilings in accordance with European standard, and get CE certificate, EN 13964:2004/A1:2006.
